What she kept seeing was the same problem: practitioners treating the pelvic floor in isolation, disconnected from the rest of the body. She knew that was wrong. As a result, she developed a new approach: the pelvis does not exist independently.
The pelvis does not exist independently of the spine, the hips, the whole structural system surrounding it. So she coined the term "OrthoPelvic" — combining orthopedics and pelvic health into one unified clinical model — and built her practice around it.In 2019, she opened OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy in Sterling, Virginia. A brick-and-mortar, cash-based practice built entirely on her OrthoPelvic methodology and her signature LSR Method — a clinical framework she developed that has helped hundreds of thousands of patients get back to living their lives. By 2025, she had built it into a thriving, systemized practice and sold it on her own terms. That exit was not a retreat. In fact, it was the proof of concept.
